ATA Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant in Santa Fe, NM to support the NM Department of Health Pharmacy Wholesale Distribution Warehouse. You will help maintain inventory and fulfill medication and supply orders for 40+ public health sites.

The role offers daytime hours, Monday to Wednesday, with pay of $25/hour and an assignment through January 15, 2027. This position combines office and warehouse work in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in an office/warehouse environment.
• Ability to climb ladders and frequently lift, lower, push, and pull items weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Comfortable working with computers and visual display terminals (VDTs).
• Ability to follow established inventory, warehouse, and medication-handling procedures.
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize inventory.

ATA is seeking a reliable Pharmacy Warehouse Assistant to support the New Mexico Department of Health Pharmacy Wholesale Distribution Warehouse. This position will help maintain inventory and fulfill medication and supply orders that support more than 40 Public Health offices, provider sites, and opioid prevention sites throughout New Mexico.

• Pay: $25/hour - Weekly Pay
• Schedule: Monday-Wednesday, 8:30 AM-4:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch
• Assignment: September 8, 2026-January 15, 2027
• Location: Santa Fe, NM
• Work Environment: Combination office and warehouse setting
