Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Montrose, CO is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support inventory and parts logistics for our service teams. You will receive, stock, and prepare parts for field technicians and vehicles, while maintaining accurate counts and coordinating with other teams to ensure timely parts availability.

The role offers growth into trades or project management, requires basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and a strong team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced plumbing

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, inventory, or supply chain experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (50+ lbs) regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and purchase order management.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or trades supply is a plus but not required.
• Drug Free

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and stock incoming plumbing parts, supplies, and equipment
• Pull and prepare part orders for field technicians and service vehicles
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with regular stock audits
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating safely
• Load and unload deliveries from suppliers and vendors
• Coordinate with service and office teams to ensure timely parts availability
• Track and report low inventory levels to management

Pay:

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Retirement plan with company match after 90 days
