Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Montrose, CO is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team. You will receive, stock, and organize plumbing parts and supplies, preparing parts for field technicians and service vehicles.

This role offers upward mobility into trades or project management. You will maintain accurate inventory, coordinate with service and office staff, and help keep the warehouse safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, inventory, or supply chain experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (50+ lbs) regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and purchase orders.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or trades supply is a plus but not required.
• Drug Free

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and stock incoming plumbing parts, supplies, and equipment
• Pull and prepare part orders for field technicians and service vehicles
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with regular stock audits
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating safely
• Load and unload deliveries from suppliers and vendors
• Coordinate with service and office teams to ensure timely parts availability
• Track and report low inventory levels to management
