Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping/receiving, inventory checks, and project audits at the Amarillo area site in Texas. The role involves driving products to project locations and maintaining organized warehouse operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1 year of warehouse experience, proficiency with MS Office, English fluency, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum 1 year warehouse/inventory experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience with standard office software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write effectively in English.
  • Ability to pass background and drug screen if position is offered.
  • Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to warehouse lead including shipping/receiving and other related functions.
  • Process inventory/material returns, track returns to ensure credits are received and reconcile discrepancies that may occur.
  • Verify and receive drop ship orders, confirming delivery/receipt as well as details of cost/quantities/part numbers ordered are invoice accordingly.
  • Driving products and supplies to the project location(s).
  • Assist project coordinators with performing project audits and reconciling inventory remaining in warehouse staging locations on closed projects.
  • Monitor service parts received are issued to techs in a timely manner for installation on service work orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse.
  • Assist with resolving inventory discrepancies.
  • Assist with quarterly and year end physical inventory at the assigned branch location.
  • Work in compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures always including safety manual with safety of self and others in mind.
  • Representing Company in a business-like professional manner in both conduct and appearance, to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and protect assigned Company assets.
  • Accurate written record keeping, submitted on time and complete, including but not limited to: Time cards, Material Ledgers, Sales order paperwork, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Job Summary: The Primary responsibilities of the Warehouse position is to provide support to project(s) with shipping/receiving and other related functions, process inventory/material returns, verify/receive drop-shipment invoices and assist with project audits, monitor parts received are issued to techs for installation on service work orders, and support with physical inventory.

  • Driving deliveries to and from locations with some distance between locations sometimes reaching up 2 hours.

  • The office is clean, orderly, properlylightedand ventilated. Noise levels are considered low to moderate
  • Will berequiredto be on site with customers or contractors, with or withoutPaladincolleagues to manage the expectations and deliverables. Sites range from general office environments to new construction.

  • Limited overnight travel may berequired

Additional Information:

  • Working Hours: This position generally works Monday- Friday, overtime required and on call when necessary. Typical weekly schedule is 6-10s, 6-10s, 5-10s.
