Job summary

Burlington is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist to protect people, product, and property while supporting accurate goods flow in a distribution center. You will monitor access, perform bag checks, manage keys, and audit yard operations in a fast-paced setting.

The role combines security, operations, and data accuracy across indoor and outdoor environments, with emphasis on risk identification, reporting, and collaboration with safety and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Comfortable in warehouse environment (indoor/outdoor).
• Basic computer/data entry skills; accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor building access for associates/visitors; conduct bag checks and verify badge access.
• Maintain key control and security procedures; observe and report suspicious activity.
• Audit inbound/outbound trailers; ensure seal integrity and location accuracy.
• Enter and maintain logs in company systems; communicate discrepancies to leadership.

As an Asset Protection Specialist, you play a critical role in keeping our distribution center safe, secure, and running efficiently. You’ll help protect people, product, and property while supporting the accurate flow of goods in and out of the facility.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that combines security, operations, and data accuracy.
