Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist to help keep our distribution center safe and efficient. You will monitor access, perform bag checks, and support badge control while protecting people, product and property.

The role combines security, operations, and data accuracy in a fast-paced environment, indoors and outdoors. You will audit shifts, log activities, and partner with teams to identify risks and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Warehouse environment experience preferred.
• Experience with data entry or inventory systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Protect people and assets within the distribution center.
• Monitor access, conduct bag checks, support badge access and key control.
• Audit stock, trailer seals, yard and shipment operations.
• Maintain logs in company systems and report discrepancies to leadership.
• Identify risks and support investigations and improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, safety, and leadership teams.

As an Asset Protection Specialist, you play a critical role in keeping our distribution center safe, secure, and running efficiently. You’ll help protect people, product, and property while supporting the accurate flow of goods in and out of the facility.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that combines security, operations, and data accuracy.
