Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking experienced Warehouse, Material Handling, Shipping & Receiving, and Forklift Associates for several established companies in the Troy, Auburn Hills, and Rochester Hills areas of MI. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, operating forklifts, order picking, receiving shipments, packing for shipment, and using ERP/SAP/shipping systems.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience required.
• Experience with stand-up forklifts, hi-los, turret trucks, or material handling equipment preferred.
• Prior warehouse, shipping & receiving, logistics, or inventory experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Experience with inventory management, ERP systems, scanners, or shipping software is a plus.
• Excellent attendance and work history.

• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and shipments safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, stand-up forklifts, turret trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Pick and pull orders accurately from warehouse inventory.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Process shipments using inventory, ERP, SAP, FedEx, UPS, and scanning systems.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and production facility.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and daily logs.
• Stock materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory verification.

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
