Mallory Safety & Supply LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Service Technician to support warehouse operations, deliveries, and onsite service needs. This role blends shipping/receiving, inventory management, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will independently manage daily tasks, communicate with customers, and perform gas detector calibrations as needed while upholding safety and accuracy. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities in a family-owned company.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily shipping and receiving activities and process incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Pick, pack, stage, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and complete counts; resolve discrepancies.
• Deliver products using company van and provide onsite customer service at facilities.
• Restock vending machines and first aid inventory; support supply programs.
• Coordinate deliveries with branch personnel and customers to ensure timely fulfillment.

If you enjoy variety in your work, staying organized, and helping customers, this could be a great opportunity for you!As a Warehouse Associate/Service Technician, here's what a typical day might include:Manage daily shipping and receiving activities, including processing incoming products and preparing outgoing shipments.Pick, pack, stage, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.Maintain accurate inventory levels, complete inventory counts, and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies.Deliver products using a company van and provide onsite customer service at customer facilities.Restock vending machines and first aid stations while helping maintain customer inventory and supply programs.Occasionally perform gas detector calibrations as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.Communicate with branch personnel and customers to coordinate deliveries, resolve service issues, and ensure timely order fulfillment.Independently manage daily responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy, responsiveness, and customer service.Assist with other warehouse, delivery, and service-related tasks as needed.This is a great opportunity for a motivated team player who enjoys wearing multiple hats and taking ownership of their work. Here's what we're looking for in a candidate:Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory, delivery, or customer service role preferred.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate inventory and fulfilling orders correctly.Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory management systems and other business software.Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting, carrying, bending, standing, and moving products throughout the workday.Willingness to learn and perform gas detector calibrations as needed.Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PMHiring great people is the most important thing we do.
