Responsibilities include coordinating the cross dock (movement of supplies and materials) functions between off-site storage and all NGHS locations. This position is also responsible for managing the process for the disposal, transfer, donation or sale of unused medical equipment and furniture, in accordance to NGHS policy.# **Minimum Job Qualifications*** **Licensure or other certifications:*** **Educational Requirements:** High School Diploma* **Minimum Experience:** Three (3) to five (5) years prior work experience coordinating, negotiating, or transporting the logistics of inventory/supplies required. Document and execute standard work regarding the appropriateness of storage requests. Adheres to the in-house asset tagging process by providing the tag numbers and the necessary documentation to the accounting staff. Responds to requests for storage. Coordinates the Cross Dock Function at off-site facility of capital assets staged for projects.* **Manages the process for the disposal, transfer, donation or sale of unused medical equipment and furniture.** Negotiate the sale, and donation of unused medical equipment and furniture to 3rd party vendors and charities.* **Off-site storage receiving responsibilities.** Perform receiving functions for all incoming and cross docked freight at off-site storage location. Coordinates and performs research and resolution of the non-receivables with AP, Logistics, and Purchasing. Manages the operational aspects of off-site storage. (Lawson, BlueBin) utilizing a variety of computer systems. Reconciles package slips, delivery tickets and PO information as well as scanning documentation of purchase order information in the designated software application. Serves as liaison between purchasing, receiving and accounts payable staff.
