  • Be a visible, hands-on leader — expected to spend the majority of each shift working alongside the team on the floor.

  • Enforce safety protocols, proper equipment use, and a clean, hazard-free warehouse.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and quality standards throughout production and storage.

We're looking for a Warehouse and Production Supervisor who brings that same energy to a fast-moving production floor.

Position Summary

The Warehouse and Production Supervisor leads daily operations across fulfillment for wholesale and retail orders. A core part of this role is building a culture of ownership. You will delegate tasks clearly, follow up to confirm they were done correctly, and coach team members so that accountability becomes second nature to the team.
