Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this position, you will support the warehouse operations by processing orders, and storing/organizing inventory. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, good communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: pick, pack and ship customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and update inventory levels using Fishbowl; perform regular cycle counts and stock audits.
• Backorder Management: Track and communicate backorder status, ensuring prompt fulfilment once stock is replenished.
• Warehouse Organization: maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space, including labeling shelves, and optimizing storage.
• Shipping & Logistics: Prepare shipping labels and documentation, schedule pick ups, and coordinate with carriers as needed.
• Reporting: Keep accurate records of inventory movements, order fulfillment, and backorders for internal tracking and reporting.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED is preferred
• Previous experience working in a warehouse setting or manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience with Fishbowl is a plus
• Ability to use warehouse equipment, including forklift, pallet jacks, and hand trucks is a plus but not required
• Capable of standing for long periods and lift and move items up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
  
  
  

Working Conditions

• This role involves physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting, and operating warehouse equipment
• Hours: 7 am to 3 pm
• Must be comfortable working alone for extended periods
