PE Manufacturing Warehouse and Material Coordinator
Position Summary
PE Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Warehouse and Material Coordinator to support and coordinate the day-to-day warehouse operations within our manufacturing environment. This position plays an important role in ensuring materials are received, inspected, stored, inventoried, and delivered to the appropriate areas accurately and efficiently.
The Warehouse and Material Coordinator will work closely with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Management to maintain accurate inventory, keep the warehouse organized, and ensure materials and finished products move smoothly through the facility.
The ideal candidate is a dependable, detail-oriented, hands‑on professional with 3+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience who takes ownership of their work and understands the importance of inventory accuracy and material flow.
Key Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving
- Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities for PE Manufacturing.
- Receive incoming materials, components, supplies, and equipment.
- Verify deliveries against purchase orders, packing slips, and other documentation.
- Inspect incoming materials for quantity, condition, part numbers, and visible damage.
- Document and communicate shortages, damages, discrepancies, or incorrect shipments.
- Prepare finished products and materials for shipment.
- Package, label, and stage shipments according to customer and company requirements.
- Coordinate with carriers and internal personnel to ensure timely shipments.
Inventory & Inbound Inspection
- Perform inbound inventory inspections and accurately document receiving results.
- Enter and maintain receiving and inventory transactions in the company's ERP/inventory system.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and locations.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure all materials are properly identified, labeled, and stored.
- Communicate material issues to Purchasing and Quality when appropriate.
Warehouse Organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse at all times.
- Establish and maintain logical storage locations for raw materials, components, finished goods, and supplies.
- Ensure materials are accessible and properly staged for production.
- Optimize warehouse space and material flow.
- Identify obsolete, excess, damaged, or unidentified inventory and bring issues to management's attention.
- Maintain clear organization and identification of warehouse areas.
Manufacturing Support
- Coordinate the movement of materials from receiving to appropriate storage or production areas.
- Stage materials needed by Production.
- Work closely with Production to ensure required materials are available when needed.
- Assist in resolving material shortages and inventory discrepancies that could impact production schedules.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all PE Manufacturing safety policies and procedures.
- Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment safely, when authorized.
- Maintain safe aisles, storage areas, and workspaces.
- Properly handle and store materials according to company requirements.
- Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment or any other workplace concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- 3+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or manufacturing experience.
- Manufacturing or industrial environment experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with receiving and inspecting inbound materials.
- Experience with inventory or ERP systems preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Ability to read purchase orders, packing slips, shipping documents, and part numbers.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Dependable, accountable, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials as required.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
