PepWear, based in Cedar Hill, Texas, is a leading, growing company producing and selling screen-printed and embroidered apparel and commemorative plaques at school events and to school groups across the country. With a focus on service, integrity, and learning, our Team makes a difference!

We are seeking detailed-oriented individuals who want to join our Warehouse Department Team. This is an entry-level position with ample opportunity to grow and learn new skills in this department and in other PepWear departments.

Candidates must be comfortable working with quick turnarounds in a detailed-oriented work environment. The ability to learn quickly and be willing to take on new challenges is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Navigate through internal management software for information on orders
• Will be required to receive, stock, pull, and ship merchandise
• Pick and pack pull lists
• Bi-annual inventory of all event and stock merchandise
• Driving in company vehicles to pick up maintenance & office supplies as needed
• Driving the mail to the post office daily
• Build and wrap multiple pallets daily
• Unload trucks, trailers, and vehicles as they arrive at PepWear
• Responsible for keeping the warehouse and the PepWear grounds organized and clean
• Involved in maintenance tasks throughout the PepWear facility. (ex. Bulb replacement, lawn care, tire maintenance, trash pickup, metal sweeps, ceiling tiles, etc.)
• Occasional trailer drops and pick-ups to and from our remote employees
• Equipment that the position utilizes includes but is not limited to the following: forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, event carts, portable computers and iPads, hand tools, air compressors, industrial fans, etc.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and up to the challenge of learning our internal management software
• Must be goal and achievement-oriented with a strong organizational skill set
• Understand and be committed to accountability and ownership of your responsibilities and results
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced/time-sensitive environment
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Have the ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
• General trailer-pulling experience is required
• One to five years of Shipping & Receiving, Warehouse, and Logistics experience is required
• General building and facility maintenance experience is
• Forklift experience or certification is

Other:

• A Criminal Background Check and motor vehicle report is required
• The warehouse department is not temperature-controlled. Must be able to work in seasonal weather.
• This is a full-time, hourly position with normal hours M-F, 8:00 - 5:00 pm, hours will vary due to seasonal needs
