Job Description

As a Warehouse and Inventory Supervisor, you will supervise the activities of associates in the Service Bureau production department, overseeing direct reports, managing workflows, and maintaining equipment functionality and repairs. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records of materials in ERP systems and production areas to meet operational and customer needs, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and continuous improvement-focused workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Location: On-site position based in La Vergne, TN.
  • Supervise, recruit, train, develop, and conduct performance reviews for Service Bureau associates and department staff.
  • Manage Service Bureau equipment functionality, maintenance, repairs, and production workflow.
  • Maintain ERP system programs and inventory records, coordinate cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies to prevent future occurrences.
  • Ensure accurate material movement, double-check outgoing shipments for quality errors, and uphold all safety and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in manufacturing or warehousing.
  • Minimum 1 year of previous supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in ERP software systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with proven problem-solving abilities.
