• Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics, including inventory intake, put-away, stock rotation, picking, and shipping.
• Track and maintain accurate inventory levels, monitor weeks-on-hand, and minimize stockouts and aged products.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Technical Support, Production) to ensure timely product availability and support market demand.
• Communicate proactively about product availability, substitutions, and expected delivery timelines.
• Partner with vendors and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Lead and coach the warehouse team, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Monitor daily operations and assign tasks to ensure accuracy and productivity targets are met.
• Enforce warehouse safety policies and champion a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support operational reporting and participate in periodic audits and process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience managing or supervising a team, including responsibility for performance coaching and development.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in inventory systems and Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP ERP systems is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
