Our client is looking for an on-site Warehouse Lead in a Production environment to join our team.

• Directly supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Assign tasks, provide guidance, and address any issues that arise.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing support and development.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records and timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and manage inventory.

Operations Management:

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
• Ensure efficient workflows and optimize space utilization.
• Manage shipping and receiving processes, coordinating with suppliers and customers.

Safety and Compliance:

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
• Identify and address potential safety hazards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Communication and Reporting:

• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, management, and other departments.
• Prepare reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in problem-solving and identifying areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in warehouse operations, managing 1000+ SKUs in inventory, shipping and receiving
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and practices, inventory management.
• Location & Hours: 30324, 7:00- 3:00
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Technical Skills: Strong background with ERP systems
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move items, and operate warehouse equipment.
