Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Receive, inspect, unload, and organize shipments.
• Pick, pack, stage, and distribute materials.
• Load outbound shipments with accurate documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment activities.
• Track inventory and assets to maintain accurate records.
• Assist with packaging, returns, and RMAs.
• Follow established safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, workflow, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure materials are available when needed.

Job Overview:

The Warehouse and Inventory Associate will support daily warehouse operations and inventory management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role involves receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing critical equipment and materials while maintaining accurate inventory records. Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, stage, and distribute materials to support operational teams.
• Load and prepare outbound shipments while ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment activities.
• Track inventory and assets to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with packaging, returns, and Return Material Authorization (RMA) processing.
• Follow established safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, workflow, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure materials are available when needed.

• Experience in high-volume or rapidly growing operational environments.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
• Ability to frequently lift and move materials in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment.
