Job Description

TITLE: Warehouse and Delivery Tech

DEPARTMENT: Operations

PAYSTATUS: Non-Exempt, Hourly

POSITION RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to: Facility Manager

Direct Report: None

ProCare Medical is a provider of equipment and services that promote Safety in Caregiving to healthcare and home settings. With regional offices in Lancaster PA and Hillsborough, NJ, our products and solutions maximize outcomes and reduce costs of care in both healthcare and home settings.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Warehouse and Delivery Tech will be primarily responsible for shipping and receiving functions at our Lancaster office. Additional tasks involving inventory management, warehouse organization, and equipment deliveries as outlined below.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Pick and packing of small parts and freight items
• UPS or Fed Ex processing of packages
• Receiving and sorting of inbound freight and orders from suppliers
• Use of fork lift on daily basis
• Computer-based inventory records and return goods processing
• Equipment assembly and preparation for local orders
• Delivery of equipment with company vehicle to facilities or sales reps
• Additional responsibilities as requested or required in the technical or service department
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.
• Must have basic understanding of mechanical principles and assembly of equipment with hand tools
• Must have a valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Wages: $15.00 to $18.00 Hourly, DOE
• Vehicle and Tools: provided

• Travel: Approved expenses incurred reimbursed per company policy and handbook.
