Position Details

• Location: Rochester, MN
• Job type: Full-time
• License: Valid Class B CDL Drivers License
• Vehicle Type: Box truck/straight truck
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4am start
• Pay: $26.40/hr - $29.30/hr (based on experience)

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customer sites, representing Viking Electric professionally.
• Use computer programs to locate products and complete orders.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections for safety and readiness.
• Ensure trucks are loaded, secured, and within weight limits.
• Load, unload, and move materials independently at work sites.
• Accurately fill orders and ship customer products.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Maintain a valid D.O.T. Medical Card and a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Valid Class B CDL with Airbrake endorsement.
• Commitment to accuracy and quality work.
• Ability to learn warehouse and driving technology.
• Ability to lift, push, and slide packages up to 85 lbs.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, with excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail, good time management, and basic math skills.
• Minimum age of 21; at least 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.
