Job summary

Rheem Air Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Cincinnati, OH to greet customers, unload/load products, stock, pick orders, and ensure safe, accurate delivery to branches and customers.

This role operates in a professional warehouse setting, requires driving and valid license, and offers benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, holidays, and 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• Must have valid drivers license and ability to obtain DOT certification.
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic math.
• Ability to use inventory system software.
• Warehouse experience preferred; HVAC knowledge a plus.
• Box truck or large delivery truck driving experience preferred.
• Forklift license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.
• Unload/load products and record inventory in/out.
• Stock products and pick customer orders accurately.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely.
• Deliver safely to branches and customers; maintain clean warehouse.

We Offer

Hours

40+ hours/week -- Monday - Friday -- Normally scheduled 8 hours/day - between 7:00am - 4:30pm

Hours may vary based on business need.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt professional manner.
• Unload/Load product and accurately record inventory in and out of the warehouse
• Stock product in proper location
• Accurately pick customer orders
• Safely operate product handling and power equipment to move product to and from storage and delivery vehicles.
• Safe, reliable, and efficient delivery to branches and customers.
• Clean and maintain warehouse to ensure a safe and professional operating environment.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Comply with all safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

This job operates in a professional warehouse environment. This role routinely uses power equipment and ladders. This position requires moving; communicating; identifying; grasping; kneeling; crawling; reaching; carrying; stooping; crouching; standing; sitting; climbing; lifting (up to 50lbs). Occasional disagreeable elements are present in the working environment part of the time such as heat, cold, dampness, fumes, dust, noise, or vibrations.
