Job description

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30am – 4:00pm with a half hour break for lunch. Must be available to work both regular and extended business hours. Flexibility is necessary in order to complete the scheduled work each day. Sept 1 st – Dec 31 st , must be able to work Mon-Sat, scheduled work on Saturdays 7:30am – 12pm with a work week ranging from 40-50 hours.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse and Delivery Associate to join our team. This role involves managing inventory in our warehouse, preparing products for delivery and installation, and safely transporting outdoor furniture to customer locations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Warehouse Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming fireplace units and accessories.
• Pick, pack, and stage fireplace products for installation or customer pickup.
• Cut and polish stone hearths for future installation.
• Assist the team with retrieving items/materials for customers.
• Unpack and assemble furniture for showroom display/customer orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems accordingly.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Keep exterior of facility clean and tidy (mow lawns, pick up debris).

Delivery Duties

• Safely drive delivery vehicles to residential and commercial sites.
• Deliver outdoor furniture and related items to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate with customers on-site and confirm delivery specifications.
• Collect customer signatures, payment, and necessary delivery documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50–125 lbs regularly and work in varying weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety and loading procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and good communication skills.
