Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Associate to join our Foods Warehouse team. You will load/unload trucks, verify invoices, enter product data, and ensure correct stock placement following FIFO and quality checks.

This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced park environment. Applicants must be at least 18, able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, and pass safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work with all food types, including allergens.
• Comfortable in extreme temperatures (outside or refrigerated areas).
• Valid state driver's license.
• Ability to stand for entire shift.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted; 90 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to pass Safe Staff Certification.

Responsibilities

What you get to do

You’ll receive shipments, verify invoices and enter product information into our computer-based program. Adhering to all organization inventory procedures, you will make sure the right products get to the right places at the right time.

You will:

• Load and unload vendor trucks using proper lifting procedures
• Deliver orders to assigned locations
• Read and pull orders of selected products for next day delivery
• Price items and inspect products for quality, temperature and expiration Date, rotate and put stock away while following FIFO guidelines
• Use proper handling to stock items and package orders
• Accurately count products to ensure correct inventory
• Keep all assigned areas clean
• Perform other duties as assigned

What it takes to succeed:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work with all food types, including food allergens (Culinary positions)
• Comfortable working in extreme temperatures (outside to unload trucks, or in refrigerated area of Foods Warehouse)
• Valid state driver's license
• Ability to stand for entire shift
