Job summary

Techmer PM in Compton, CA is seeking an Allocation Handler for the Rancho Dominiguez site. Shift 1 is 4 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Mon-Thu. Salary range is $20.00 and up DOE.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, material movements, and data entry in D365. Must lift 55 lbs, obtain forklift certification, and follow FIFO and safety policies. Responsibilities include picking materials for production, housekeeping, cycle counts, and timely processing of returns.

Qualifications

• Safety and company policies must be followed at all times.
• Housekeeping and 6S in warehouse must be maintained.
• Timely picking of materials for production or delivery staging.
• Process returned materials accurately within 24 hours.
• Familiarity with material movements across locations and teams.
• Adhere to FIFO principles with no exceptions.
• Record movements in systems and on scheduling sheets.
• Communicate clearly and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform cycle count activities as directed.
• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs frequently and obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, and moves materials within warehouse.
• Use hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, etc. to move materials.
• Follow safety policies and keep area clean and organized.
• Pick materials accurately for production or staging.
• Process returned materials promptly and accurately.
• Record material movements in D365 and scheduling sheets.
• Maintain FIFO where required and communicate issues timely.
• Support other duties and projects as assigned.
