Job summary

Radiant Global Logistics Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Agent in Doral, FL. This on-site role handles inbound and outbound freight, performs receiving, inventory control, kitting, shipping, and dispatch coordination while strictly following TSA rules and client SOPs.

The position requires experience in air/ocean freight and strong attention to safety. The role collaborates with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure accurate processing of cargo and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight-forwarding warehouse environment is required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Fluency in English for daily communication and documentation.
• Experience with warehouse management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, sort, and move freight using manual and motorized equipment.
• Receive freight and verify quantities against packing slips and documents.
• Inspect inbound freight for damage; document variances and take photos as needed.
• Stage and store freight in designated warehouse locations with proper equipment.
• Manage loading of vehicles to meet loading requirements and ensure seals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and conduct dock checks.
