Job summary

Expeditors is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate to support our Kansas City facility in achieving warehouse excellence through safety and high quality standards. This role emphasizes security, efficient operations, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain procedures, keep the facility clean and professional, and ensure equipment is safe and functional. Forklift certification may be required within 6 months of employment; standing/walking for extended periods

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Fork-lift certification may be required within 6 months of employment.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and shift priorities as necessary.

• Maintain compliance to facility certification requirements and government policies
• Effort and Teamwork, support Warehouse as a whole when needed.

Job Description

To supportthe Expeditors facility in the pursuit of Warehouse Excellence by embracing a culture of safety and security in a facility that is efficient and meets high quality standards through continuous improvement and modernization. Part-Time Approximately 20 hours a week.
