Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio is seeking a Lead Aftermarket Coordinator for its East Cleveland warehouse. You will manage incoming donations, oversee inventory, and support the salvage team.

Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio is currently hiring a Lead Aftermarket Coordinator for their East Cleveland warehouse.

In this role, you will handle and process incoming donations, control inventory, and support the salvage workforce. The ideal candidate will have experience driving a forklift, be comfortable working with a team, and be capable of leading the work of others within their department at the warehouse.

Specific Experience/Skills/Abilities:

• Tow motor experience preferred
• Ability to judge distance, speed, and movement of objects
• Ability to monitor indicators to make sure a machine is working properly
• Ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer), and adequate distance to guide the parking of vehicles
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
