First Quality Tissue Midwest, LLC in Defiance, OH is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to manage incoming parts, track inventory, and coordinate material movements. You will verify shipments, log data, and maintain organized storage areas in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

We are seeking a Warehouse Administrator for our First Quality Tissue Midwest, LLC facility located in Defiance, OH. The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for receiving, tracking, organizing and maintaining incoming parts and materials, ensuring accuracy and supporting smooth warehouse operations.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Locate, organize and mark materials for storage.
• Log incoming shipments and parts into the tracking system accurately and promptly.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damages or shortages.
• Organize and store parts in designated locations following warehouse layout standards.
• Conduct physical inventory counts as needed.
• Coordinate transportation of materials between the warehouse and construction site.
• Maintain clean, safe and organized storage areas in compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with contractors related to shipments and transportation as needed.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facilities.
• Perform other duties as necessary when directed to do so.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• High School diploma or equivalent education/experience required.
• Ability to operate fork trucks safely and efficiently.
• Previous data entry experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of general warehouse procedures.
• Fundamental computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
