Job summary

OneSource Distributors, part of the Sonepar family, is seeking a warehouse administrator in Fullerton, CA. The role supports warehouse operations, serves as a liaison with other departments, and handles receiving documentation and general admin duties in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidates will have strong MS Excel and MS Office skills, good time management, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds. This is a full-time, first-shift position with 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Spanish preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform hands-on warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth implementation of processes in place.
• Serve as a liaison between warehouse staff and other departments within the company.
• Respond to emails and phone inquiries from suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic files related to warehouse operations, production and the SCIP program.
• Prepare and scan all receiving documentation including packing lists and/or invoices.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team: participate in day-to-day warehouse activities, as needed.
• Contribute to process improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in warehouse operations.
