Pay Range: $25 - $29, depending on experience
Typical hours are Monday through Thursday, 10pm to 8:30am. Overtime as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Control System (WCS) Operations
Manage Warehouse Control System (WCS) activities during production. Perform order waving, label printing, and dock scheduling. Monitor sortation system performance and throughput. Review wave activity and make necessary case adjustments. Monitor conveyor speeds and respond to system jams or disruptions. Generate and maintain daily production reports. - Warehouse Management System (WMS) Operations
Review and maintain inventory accuracy within the Warehouse Management System. Process inventory transfers, moves, and adjustments. Review operator performance and system activity as needed. - Loading Dock Operations
Develop and maintain loading schedules for dock personnel. Conduct end-of-load quality inspections to ensure shipment accuracy. Verify item and route accuracy prior to shipment. Review route exception reports and resolve discrepancies. Print and distribute load audit documentation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
- Prior warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to demonstrate initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Experience creating reports, tracking metrics, and maintaining operational documentation.
- Familiarity with warehouse control systems, preferably DMW&H Shiraz or Indigo platforms.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems, preferably Körber One.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift to 50 pounds on a regular basis. May be required to unload cases and assist with production flow as needed. Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, twist, carry, and perform repetitive movements throughout the work shift.

Sorter Operation
- Control the functionality of the conveyor systems in the warehouse during production.
- Make appropriate modifications to ensure the proper sorting of product.
- Monitor conveyor systems to ensure proper throughput and speeds.
- Work closely with maintenance team to ensure the sorting system is operating properly.
- Maintain inventory counts through periodic audits.
