Ryder System, Inc. in Frankfort, IN is hiring a Welcome Center Clerk to greet drivers, log arrivals and departures, check seals, and coordinate with management.

This role supports a safe, efficient entrance to Ryder’s supply chain operations and requires attention to detail and strong communication. The position offers weekly pay, paid training, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO from month 1, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in freight coordination / scheduling / planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and urgency in work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Welcome Center attendant log of arrivals and departures of commercial and private vehicles.
• Check all inbound and outbound seals on vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with management on any welcome center issues.
• Interact with drivers and visitors in a polite, professional manner.
• Follow SOPs regarding the checking in and out of freight.
• Monitor CCTV equipment and advise management of any occurrences.
• May be required to operate equipment and be equipment certified, depending on location.
• Other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $21.00 per hour
• Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour shift premium
• Schedule: Monday - Friday; 2:00PM - 10:00PM

Ryder Warehouse Associates work in clean, organized, and well-run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment.

• Equipment: CCV - Closed Caption Television, Warehouse Management Systems, Visitor Logs, etc.
