Job Summary

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for moving materials within the warehouse and the loading/unloading of materials onto or from vehicles utilizing various heavy equipment. The role includes receiving, storing, picking, packing, verification, shipping, screening, and other duties to ensure efficient warehouse operations, while maintaining safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Follow handling procedures and documentations as per client agreements and SOPs.
  2. Verify and receive materials, mark, inventory, palletize, and shrink-wrap as needed.
  3. Use material handling equipment to move and store materials.
  4. Pull products using pick sheets and check orders.
  5. Handle dangerous goods following proper procedures and store in designated areas.
  6. Comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA, DOT, EPA; certification required for hazardous materials.
  7. Report and escalate potential safety or operational issues.
  8. Identify and correct paperwork errors.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in warehouse or manufacturing preferred.
Skills and Abilities
