Job summary

Innio in New Jersey is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receipt, put-away, pick, packing and shipping of materials. You will maintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System and perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, warehouse experience in manufacturing, and familiarity with pallet jacks and forklifts. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems is a plus; forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse or order fulfillment experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating pallet jacks, forklift and reach trucks; forklift certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, put away, pick, deliver, sort, and count materials in the warehouse.
• Ensure materials are counted and sorted for production and customer fulfillment, with documentation in the WMS.
• Keep records of all products shipped and received and file documentation accurately.
• Prepare material for shipping, including packaging items and loading/unloading trucks.
• Verify incoming shipments by matching documents to purchase orders in the WMS.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and returns to stock.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks safely and efficiently.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform material receipt, put away, pick, delivery, sort, and counting transactions


• Ensure materials are counted and sorted for production and customer fulfillment, and documented through the Warehouse Management System


• Responsible for keeping records of all products shipped and received by the company and ensuring that corresponding documentation is filed and maintained accurately


• Prepare material for shipping, including packaging items and loading and unloading trucks


• Verify incoming shipments by reviewing and matching shipping documents against purchase orders in the Warehouse Management System


• Ensure accurate record keeping of inventory, through cycle counts, return to stock and other managed inventory processes


• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks, safely and efficiently
