Job summary

SPI is hiring a Warehouse Specialist in Salt Lake City, UT. You will load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory, and operate a forklift or pallet jack in a fast paced environment. This role requires standing up to 12 hours, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Preferred forklift certification and experience in a warehouse setting are valued. A valid driver’s license is required if driving for company purposes. This is a safety-sensitive position with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+.
• Ability to use a handheld scanning unit.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory.
• Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Conduct cycle counts and report stock conditions.
• Ensure loads are secured to minimize damage.
• Stand and perform tasks for up to 12 hours with frequent bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Our Warehouse team members play a vital role in the daily operations of our facility.
