Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time Warehouse/Food and Beverage assistant in Jacksonville, FL to support inventory transfers, stock control, and bar setup at events. You will follow Health Code requirements and maintain storeroom organization while adapting to event schedules.

Ideal candidates have at least six months of related experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate via radio. This role is non-exempt and hourly, with opportunities during events.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders for product and complete transfers of inventory.
• Maintain stock of all inventory at assigned locations.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down of assigned bars and concession stands.
• Ensure all transfer sheets are completed properly.
• Ensure health codes are followed.
• Maintains, organizes, and cleans storeroom.
• Other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Fills orders for product and completes transfers of inventory
• Maintains stock of all inventory at assigned locations
• Assists in setting up and breaking down of assigned bars and concession stands
• Ensure all transfer sheets are completed properly
• Ensure health codes are followed
