Riley Industrial Services is seeking a Warehouse Assistant at our Farmington, NM branch to support receiving, unloading, inventory control, and order fulfillment. You will operate lift equipment, ensure safety and cleanliness, and coordinate with management to locate inventory and verify purchase orders.

The role requires reliability, strong teamwork, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required to drive company vehicles as

Salary Range: $18.00 To $22.00 Hourly

Riley Industrial Services is seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistantfor immediate opening at our Farmington, NM branch.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Receiving and preparing merchandise for delivery or shipping, ensuring accurate handling of goods.
• Loading and unloading merchandise using warehouse lift equipment and organizing inventory.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the warehouse environment.
• Assisting with inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Checking materials and matching purchase orders with received items.
• Locating and retrieving inventory as dictated by management.
• Demonstrate organizational excellence.
• Demonstrates strong teamwork skills
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
• Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced distribution center.
