Job summary

Jetta Corporation, a leading manufacturer of premium bathing products, is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced team. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe warehouse.

The role supports production and other departments to ensure on-time delivery; prior warehouse experience and forklift certification are preferred, with training provided if needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1–3 years of warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain is required.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems are required.
  • Ability to read work orders, labels, and shipping documents.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming materials and verify shipments for accuracy.
  • Pick, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Load and unload trucks safely.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided).
  • Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
  • Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Use computers and warehouse software to complete transactions.
  • Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
  • Assist other departments as needed to support business operations.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe, organized warehouse. This position works closely with production and other departments to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday
5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Occasional mandatory overtime on Fridays or as business needs require.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming materials and verify shipments for accuracy
  • Pick, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Load and unload trucks safely

Requirements

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of warehouse or material handling experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
  • Ability to read work orders, labels, and shipping documents

Preferred:

  • Experience in fiberglass, plastics, or heavy manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, Oracle, or similar)

  • Good communication skills with production and logistics teams
  • Basic problem-solving skills
  • Time management and ability to prioritize tasks

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment safely
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with dust, noise, and varying temperatures
