Carroll Construction Supply in Des Moines, IA seeks a Full-Time Yard Laborer to assist with loading/unloading trucks, cleaning, and handling concrete forms and other warehouse duties. You will operate a shearing machine to cut and bend reinforcing steel bars and use a forklift to move product. Join a growing, employee-owned company with 35+ locations.

Qualifications

• Experience with loading/unloading trucks.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Willingness to perform cleaning and general warehouse duties.
• Experience with concrete forms and reinforcing steel bars is a plus.

Carroll Construction Supply is in need of a Full-Time Yard Laborer who will assist with loading and unloading trucks, cleaning, and handling concrete forms, and other warehouse duties. Operating a shearing machine to cut & bend reinforcing steel bars to specific lengths and shapes. Our warehouse people play a big role in our day-to-day operations as they work heavily with others to ensure the accuracy of loads and delivery of product is done right and on time. This person will be using a forklift to assist with the loading and movement of product.
