Qualifications

  • Knowledge of preservation and storage techniques, particularly regarding fabrics and soft goods.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the maintenance and storage of the costume collection.
  • Attend production meetings and manage dressing room assignments.
  • Assist in the build and assembly of costumes and costume properties.

Skills

Knowledge of fashion and costume history

Knowledge of preservation techniques
Ability to learn tools specific to theater

Education

Two years of college and three years of experience in theater production
