Job summary
The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Health Care Support Worker on Jersey Ward. The post holder will provide patient-centred care under the supervision of registered nursing staff and work as part of a team delivering clinical care.

- Provide patient-centred and compassionate care under the supervision of registered nursing staff.
- Provide direct care and verbal and written reports.
- Develop relationships with patients and carers to ensure a positive experience.
