Qualifications

• Experience in hospital support roles is beneficial.
• Ability to work with clinical teams to support patient care.
• Willingness to undertake moving and handling training and maintain hygiene standards.

Responsabilités

• Welcome patients to the ward in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide information to patients regarding ward routines and visiting times.
• Serve meals and assist with selecting menu choices.
• Manage ward food supplies and stock rotation.
• Order non-clinical supplies and unpack deliveries.
• Support ward team with laundry and other tasks to enhance patient care.
