Job description

We are a National Telemedicine Provider seeking licensed Telemedicine Neurologists to support remote emergency teams operating in locations with limited access to advanced care. All state licensure is welcome; multiple licensures are preferred but not required.

Role Overview: You will support emergency physicians who are always bedside, providing expert neurological consultation remotely.

Who you are:

1. Hold an active MD/DO license in good standing;
2. Board Certified in Neurology by the ABPN;
3. Fellowship training and/or strong clinical background in evaluating and managing neurological emergencies such as Stroke, ICH, and seizures. Vascular Neurology or Neuro Critical Care fellowship preferred but not required;
4. Minimum of 2+ years' clinical experience in neurological emergencies and Intensive Care;
5. Maintain evidence-based clinical skills focused on outcome-oriented care;
6. Empathetic, active listener with strong communication skills;
7. Knowledgeable in crisis response;
8. Comfortable working independently in a telemedicine setting;
9. Tech-savvy, proficient with systems like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and proprietary EMR;
10. Passionate about improving access to high-quality brain health care for underserved teams.

What to expect:

1. Implement the most beneficial treatment strategies for patients with limited resources, without immediate access to CT, MRI, EEG;
2. Collaborate with site emergency medical teams;
3. Participate in monthly feedback and Q&A calls;
4. Access clinician leadership for case consultations;
5. Operate autonomously with strong clinical judgment, providing appropriate care despite limited imaging and drug formulary;
6. Work with like-minded clinicians committed to impactful patient care;
7. Develop protocols to improve patient outcomes and streamline documentation;
8. Engage in organizational initiatives to enhance clinical quality and safety;
