Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients at home with personalized care, companionship, and daily assistance. You will play a vital role in improving quality of life in a respectful, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license if applicable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
• Offer companionship and activities to encourage social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
