Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care in Colorado is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home personal care and companionship. You will help clients with daily living activities, monitor well-being, and support independence in their own homes.

We welcome dependable, patient individuals who value teamwork, communication, and ongoing growth in the caregiving field. Weekly pay is coming soon, and flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time opportunities is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the caregiving field.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and activities that encourage social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
