• Empower patients with knowledge and tools to stay healthy, using one-on-one sessions to master home protocols and injury prevention.
• Act as a vital link in the patient’s healthcare circle, communicating with referring physicians for integrated care from day one through discharge.
• Utilize streamlined documentation processes to capture patient progress and outcomes, spending more time with patients.
