Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Myrtle Beach, SC. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice physical therapy with a valid state license.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) is required.
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred; related experience is a plus for new grads.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and treatment outcomes in the medical record.

• Educate patients on home exercises and injury prevention.
