Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffingis seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Charleston, SC. The PT will evaluate and treat patients, develop rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the care team to improve mobility and reduce pain.

The role requires a valid PT license, BLS certification, and the ability to work full-time at a facility in Charlestion. Travel stipends and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Required: Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) is required.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings.
Implement physical therapy treatment plans using varied techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
