Compensation: $28.18+ (Increase based on Production)
How does our Journeyperson Technician Drive Impact?
- Our Journeyperson Technicians work hands-on at our dealership and are industry pros. You will become familiar with Walser’s vehicle lineup, dealership operations, and be an integral part of our service team.
- Perform diagnostics on customer and dealership vehicles.
- Use OEM and aftermarket scan tools to diagnose issues such as no-start conditions, vehicle performance problems, squeaks, rattles, and suspension concerns.
- Communicate necessary parts and repairs to the parts department.
- Stay updated on the latest repair techniques and concerns for your OEM store.
- Complete all approved repairs from start to finish.
- Utilize video multi-point inspections.
- Ensure vehicle quality and safety through proper practices, including wearing safety glasses, hard-toe shoes, and slip-resistant footwear.

- Valid Driver’s License.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Automotive degree and/or OEM certification is preferred.
