Join our team as a Walser Hyundai Brooklyn Park Used Vehicle Buyer II at Walser Automotive Group.

Impact and Responsibilities

Our Used Vehicle Buyers collaborate with General Managers and General Sales Managers to determine inventory needs and acquire vehicles through various channels, including online and live auctions. Responsibilities include:

  1. Work with Inventory Manager to plan and set inventory levels.
  2. Acquire vehicles via auctions and monitor alternative sources.
  3. Manage vehicle status and lot locations in Tekion.
  4. Coordinate reconditioning and transportation of vehicles.
  5. Collaborate with Pricing and Reconditioning teams to ensure quality and pricing accuracy.
  6. Inspect vehicles post-reconditioning and communicate repair needs.
  7. Follow safety protocols, including wearing safety eyewear and slip-resistant footwear.
  8. Uphold Walser CORE values and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to understand the retail/wholesale vehicle market.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
