Job Description

As a member of our Exterior Services team, you will keep landscapes attractive, clean, and well-maintained. Responsibilities include mowing lawns, irrigation, power washing, pruning, and fertilizing shrubs, lawns, bushes, trees, and flowers. You should enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions and physical labor.

Featured Roles:

• Exterior Services (Landscape) Technicians: Mowing, trimming, pruning, grounds maintenance, irrigation, pressure washing, exterior building, and surrounding grounds upkeep.
• Exterior Services (Landscape) Technicians, DOT Operators: Same as above, with travel to multiple locations and safe operation of vehicles weighing 10,001 lbs to 26,000 lbs, requiring a valid driver’s license or certification.
• Exterior Services Lead Technicians: Lead a team, ensure excellent service, and maintain exterior spaces, fostering safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

Technicians:

• Experience in landscaping, agriculture, lawn care, or related fields
• Enjoy outdoor work in extreme weather and physical labor
• Experience with pressure washing equipment
• Experience with irrigation systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair

DOT Operators:

• 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean record
• Ability to pass a driver’s road test for the vehicle operated
• Obtain necessary licensing or endorsements as required

Lead Technicians:

• 21 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in commercial landscaping/exterior building maintenance and team leadership
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• No recent DUI, DWI, or reckless driving convictions
• No more than 2 moving violations in 3 years
• No serious traffic violations or preventable accidents in 3 years
• Successful DOT physical and medical certification within 90 days of hire
• Ability to read and speak English as per FMCSA regulations
