Advanced Personnel Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Planner to support Walmart accounts in Greensboro. The role manages Walmart system operations, supports account activities, and analyzes performance to drive recommendations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in apparel/consumer goods, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and Walmart partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field.
• 3–5 years of related experience in apparel or consumer goods roles (Sales Planner, Sales Specialist, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel/PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Walmart Retail Link and/or Scintilla is preferred.
• Retail math and merchandising principles understood.

Responsibilities

• Manage Walmart item setup, maintenance, and system operations.
• Coordinate contracts, order/assortment summaries, and prepack requirements for order execution.
• Maintain imagery and product dimensions for in-store modulars and shipping.
• Support sell-in presentations with analyses, reports, and materials to track performance.
• Build relationships with Walmart buying, planning, replenishment teams; collaborate cross-functionally.
